How you pay and cancel

Inside the app: You subscribe in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. This website charges nothing.
The trial: Both plans start with 7 days free if it’s your first subscription. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Without a subscription: The app needs an active subscription. Without one, you can only subscribe, restore purchases, sign out, change the language or delete your account.
Switching plans: Both plans are the same subscription: you switch from one to the other in the store, in the same place where you cancel.
Renewal: It renews automatically every month or every year. On the App Store, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; on Google Play, before it ends.
Cancelling: Whenever you like, from the store: on iPhone and iPad, in Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Google Play, in Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
On all your devices: One subscription works on all your devices with your account, Mac included. You can’t subscribe on the Mac: you sign in with your account and use the subscription you have from iPhone, iPad or Android. If you switch devices, use “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen.

Download PolarGate TV and add your playlist. The 7 days free trial arrives with the App Store and Google Play.
