## How you pay and cancel

- **Inside the app:** You subscribe in the app, through the App Store or Google Play. This website charges nothing.
- **The trial:** Both plans start with 7 days free if it’s your first subscription. Nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- **Without a subscription:** The app needs an active subscription. Without one, you can only subscribe, restore purchases, sign out, change the language or delete your account.
- **Switching plans:** Both plans are the same subscription: you switch from one to the other in the store, in the same place where you cancel.
- **Renewal:** It renews automatically every month or every year. On the App Store, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; on Google Play, before it ends.
- **Cancelling:** Whenever you like, from the store: on iPhone and iPad, in Settings > your name > Subscriptions; on Google Play, in Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
- **On all your devices:** One subscription works on all your devices with your account, Mac included. You can’t subscribe on the Mac: you sign in with your account and use the subscription you have from iPhone, iPad or Android. If you switch devices, use “Restore Purchases” on the subscription screen.
